| He is a big hunk of sweet love for sure. He is a big solid boy that has added beautiful dark chocolate and some surprise caramel cream babies to our program. His babies tend to be happy, outgoing and sweet. We couldn't be more pleased at his great looks and temperament. Thank you Grace for sharing him with us. | Tassie's Hugo is the cornerstone of Gemstone Labradoodles. He is a cheery guy with eyes that can look into your soul. He inherited this quality from his grandfather, Tegan Park Cool Dude. To hear more about the Cool Dude story, email us at He loves to run, but approaches everyone with a gentle and confident greeting. When he arrived from Tasmania, he had this huge coat. I love to see his eyes so we now keep his coat shorter. His offspring have the best hips and the most mellow temperaments. Three of his offspring scored a perfect BVA score of "0". Many of his puppies are now wonderful dogs in our breeding program as well as others. Hugo consistently gives us the most even tempered doodles you could find anywhere. He is also the most even tempered dog I have ever seen. He is the same dog every day, no matter whether his day is good, awful or inbetween. He greets new people and situations with a certain confident, calm manner that is hard to describe. He has also produced 3 breeding dogs that have tested a perfect BVA 0 hip score. These dogs are Jade, Jasper and Yellow Sapphire. He has produced others with near perfect scores. Just an allround fantastic dude. |
